Lecker, freundlich, begrenzte Auswahl - Edit
Der Service ist freundlich und kennt sich aus, welche Gerichte vegan angepasst werden können. Darüber hinaus war die Kommunikation dankenswerterweise locker auf englisch möglich. Das Essen ist lecker. Das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis ist richtig gut. 👍

Our favourite in Tenerife - Edit
We were only able to order for take away since the restaurant was short staffed, but we were very happy with the food. We got the thai yellow curry and the summer rolls which were both fresh and quite tasty. We would have gone again, but our stay was too short. (Visited in January ’22)

Best Thai food in a long time - Edit
I agree with most of the reviews - Ruen Thai offers the very best Thai food I have had outside of Thailand. I had the Yellow Curry and it was divine.
Read moreWe also had the fresh spring rolls which were not as good, but that may be the case because we kept them in the fridge and ate them the day after.
When we visited this restaurant, they only did take away because one of the cooks was sick, but they hope to resume normal business soon (our visit was on Jan 30, 2022).
The situation was a bit chaotic so we ended up with less food than we had ordered and had to wait for a long time, but the food was delicious and they do unterstand veganism, even though vegan dishes are not marked on the menu and you have to tell them about your requirements.
We will definitely return on our next trip to Tenerife and look forward to enjoying the full service of this restaurant. #Veganuary

Llegué una sábado a las 3 de la tarde y el restaurante estaba lleno. Tuve que esperar 10/15 minutos y luego me dieron una mesa.

Creo que a cause del Covid no había bastante camareras/os y por eso la calidad del servicio era un poco baja.....
Pero bueno, comida rica y posibilidad de convertir casi todos los platos en veganos

Really friendly they do eat in or takeaway and speak Spanish and English. Very flexible and adapted pretty much any dish I wanted to make vegan!

Staff are very helpful, they understand what vegan means, I customised a dish and nothing was too annoying to them. Very tasty food, generous portions (very generous spirit measures too, lol), reasonable prices.
