Yummy chimichanga, great salsas - Edit
There was a good selection on the separate vegan menu. Got the crispy taco, which was a good portion but I am not the biggest fan of the big portion of beyond meat. Got the burrito as a chimichanga, which was really tasty. The guacamole and salsas added a great diversity of flavors. Food came quickly.

Chimichanga is a must - Edit
You can make the vegan burrito a chimichanga for an upcharge and it is totally worth it! The guacamole that comes with it is really good. They also have a great salsa bar with standard salsa for chips, which is my favorite. Some cute outdoor seating on the street but it isn’t too busy with cars. Super fast service.

Vegan burrito was the bomb! - Edit
The vegan burrito was delicious! The enchiladas were just ok, was loaded with mostly poblano pepper and some onion and mushrooms. I would definitely go back for the burrito!! Note: separate vegan menu is only at Presidio location. There was an another Rudy’s close to our hotel but we learned they have different owners which is why only this location.

We always hit Rudy’s when we are Santa Barbara. It has a separate Vegan menu and the food really is Fresh Mexican.

Delicious sazón! - Edit
Their sazón (flavor) is so good! Love that they have a vegan menu. Had their sopes with beans, lettuce, tomatoes, salsa and comes with rice. Enjoyed everything! YUM.

Good food, lousy service - Edit
Food was great. I ordered 2 vegan crispy tacos and a side of rice and beans. The crispy tacos were good but the rice and beans were great. I didn’t believe they were vegan. The problem was service. We arrived at 8:15 pm and they were supposed to close at 9pm. However they acted like they were closing in 10 min. They staff was reluctant to help us, they had put away all the salsas and didn’t offer chips. We had to request chips and salsa. While we ate, staff started sweeping and putting chairs up on tables. It was only 8:35. The service left a bad taste in our mouths in what would’ve been an otherwise enjoyable meal.

This place is awesome. They have a separate vegan menu which has beyond meat that can be substituted for meat on the regular menu. The staff was knowledgeable too, when I wanted it in the chimichanga she informed me the same fryer is used so there is cross contamination with actual meat. Three of us had the chimichanga with beyond meat, it was enormous and delicious. My wife had poblano and mushroom enchiladas from the vegan menu and they were excellent. The nachos were good and large. Pleasant surprise was the fresh salsa bar, yummy.

My husband and I come here often. They have an exclusively vegan menu if you ask for it, all of which we find filling, simple and very good!

Went to the original location- it was hard to walk to from state street and they don’t have the vegan menu. No margaritas either.
