Serves meat, vegan options available. Self-service restaurant in the building of Volkshochschule in a bright space. Offers vegan breakfast, lunch and dinner (main course menu changes every Monday). Small salad bar indicates the vegan items. Has coffee and cakes. All costs are charged to a "cash card" during the stay and must be payed at the cashpoint afterwards. Open Mon-Sat 9:00am-11:00pm.

Best Vegan Lunch in the City Center - Edit
Rudolf's offers at least two vegan meals for lunch every week, which are freshly made and totaly yummy. The prices for the main course ranges from 6-7,50€ which is a very good price for Stuttgart City Center. I never tried it, but they have a vegan breakfast, too. The place is bright and colourful. Unfortunately it's sometimes packed during lunch hours, as it is inside the adult education center "VHS". Free Wifi is available. They have a very nice outside terrasse in the summer.
