Hidden gem - Edit
It was a bit tricky to find, the map is not to be trusted. It is in the basement of the little shop complex.

We had the two different open sandwiches, one with vegan meat which had a smokey taste to it and the other one with mushrooms.
They were delicious! They had some sauce sprinkled on them that tasted like truffle mayonnaise and underneath the topping was a nice mixed salad, like in the to go version.
The bread was crispy and super tasty.
And one portion was too big for me to finish, I took half the sandwich to go.
Pros: The taste, The size, Good mix of tasty veggies and salad and carbs

And received something completely different. I got like a fake meat wrap but I got all the way home before I realised I live 1 hour away. I’m not a huge fan of fake meat. I prefer things like tofu. It was nice but hopefully I can go back and try the sandwich next time.
Very very very kind staff and packaged very beautifully.

Why walnuts in sandwich? - Edit
Someone bought this for me when I requested a vegan meal at a workshop. It looked so good but not sure why they had to crumble up walnuts inside. I am slighty allergic to them so they ruined what looked like a lovely sandwich.

I can just speak for my Self I love nuts, they are Full of nutrients. So nothing wrong with putting them, … when I had allergies I would simply ask the restaurant …. 🤷♀️

Refreshing, delicious, and healthy! - Edit
I ordered the carottes rapees & hummus sandwich and it was delicious! Absolutely bursting at the seams with crunchy, refreshing carrots and thick, savory hummus, the sandwich was super yummy and filling! The house special wasabi sauce surprisingly went very well with the veggies and helped to elevate the flavor profile to something very memorable! The drinks were fantastic as well. The milk tea had no added sugar, so I downed it super quickly as if it was water. The sujeonggwa had a strong cinnamon flavor and definitely tasted homemade--not too sweet, but sweet enough to cleanse your palate and fulfill that dessert craving.
