Very good lunch buffet - Edit
We came here once a few weeks ago to try the lunch buffet. The vegan options were clearly marked and the staff was very friendly and accommodating to special diets. The day we came, the vegan options were excellent, but were not very plentiful. It seemed like a much better buffet for meat eaters, compared to some of the more veggie-friendly Indian places in the Plantation area. The regular menu has a few vegan options, too. Next time, I would try and visit for dinner to see how their regular items are.

Delicious Vegan Options at Indian Restaurant - Edit
We had a delicious buffet lunch at Ruchi last week. The dishes on the buffet were well marked and any that were vegan were marked. There were several dishes that were vegan and all tasted very good. We ordered a whole wheat roti since could not eat the naan on buffet.
The staff seemed very professional. Overall, our experience was very good! We will definitely go back when we are nearby.
