Absolutely delicious and great space - Edit
Where to start. There was lots of lovely looking savoury food, it’s great to have a choice! B had an Italian Roll with the two salads and I had a mushroom quiche with both salads. There was only one Jaffa Cake Bundt so we grabbed it to share. It was amazing, the sponge was perfect.

Tasty, and recommended, plant-based food. - Edit
We found Ruby’s via Happy Cow. It wasn’t listed as a café but as a “vegan bakery”. This description sort of works badly as it doesn’t show when searching for vegan food options. It is both an all vegan, or plant-based, café and patisserie. We ate there today… one of us had the mushroom tartlet and the other had the Italian meatball wrap with side salad. We followed that by choosing the berry and almond muffin with coffee (the best I’ve had for ages) and a hot chocolate.
Read moreThe food was all very tasty.
When we are in the area again we plan to return.
Recommended!
Pros: The tasty savoury dishes, The muffin / coffee combo, Clean toilets

Delicious cakes! - Edit
Very friendly staff and loads of mouth-watering menu items. We came near closing time and the cakes were nearly sold out but we got slices of a wonderful two-tier cake.

A simply class cafe. My absolute Graceland and it’s not too far. Go go go. Get a piece of pizza and one of each of the cakes and a strawberry milkshake.

For cake lovers! - Edit
I was so happy to visit Ruby's in Tunbridge Wells after being a regular at their market stall and shop in Greenwich—I’ve really missed it! We had banana cake, a chai latte, and a flat white, plus some red velvet and apple caramel cupcakes to take away. As always, the cakes were absolutely delicious! The only small downside was that the coffee tasted a bit burnt, but overall, it was lovely to be back enjoying their amazing vegan treats.

Amazing toasties. - Edit
The toastie that I make for myself at home is a blatant rip-off of the chipolte pickle one they do here. I grilled (sorry) the staff members until they told me their secrets.

What a great spot! Love that everything is vegan and what we had was delicious! Super wholesome and hearty. The interior is lovely as well. Loads of baked goods which we have yet to try! If you’re ever in Tunbridge Wells, it’s a must visit!

Indulgent in taste and price. - Edit
7/10 lost points because of the prices, usually £4 for 1 cupcake.
Read moreYou'll pay London prices for the cupcakes but they are rich and dense. It is a wide variety of fun but fairly safe flavours. As a non-vegan, you can't tell the difference.
Pros: Great flavours, Dog friendly
Cons: Prices

Okay - Edit
Had lunch here, and it was ok. Not great, they are probably better at cakes. Small portions. A lot of vegan options though!

Delicious vegan lunch - Edit
Delighted to have found this place on Happy Cow, a perfect lunch stop in a light spacy restaurant with very friendly staff. All plant-based with a choice of quiche salad, two sorts of sausage roll, sandwiches, and some truly indulgent looking cakes! Sorry we don’t live nearer but will certainly revisit if we are in Tunbridge Wells again.

Amazing vegan cakes and lunches! - Edit
We have come here several time since they opened in Tunbridge Wells and have had their quiche and salad options (delicious), their sausage rolls (also delicious) and we've tried pretty much all their cakes. Really lovely staff and really flavoursome lunches and decadent cakes.

Absolutely loving this plant-based bakery. Haven’t yet tried lunch options but the savoury rolls and salads look great. Cupcakes, baked doughnuts, muffins and cookies are all superb. Slowly making my way through all their offerings!

Amazing selection of cakes - Edit
This is a very new and welcome addition to Tunbridge Wells! The cakes and treats are beautifully presented and taste amazing. I’ve had a take away and eaten in the cafe too. Both times service was really friendly.
Read moreThe biscoff milkshake was fantastic. Nice selection of loose leaf teas. I’ve tried a few cakes now and they did not disappoint.
Inside there are plenty of seats and lots of space, it’s a lovely place to sit in and right opposite the new Amelia complex which houses the library.
Pros: All vegan , Beautiful cakes, Nice big spacey seating inside
Cons: Expensive
