My girlfriend ordered a selection of cupcakes and the lavender chocolate cake and really all I can say is, WOW. She hasn't had a birthday cake in about 8 years and after we discovered we are both dairy free and she can't eat sugar, she really didn't this she would get to have one. But Rubys has made it possible, and what an incredible treat it was too! The box says 'handmade with love' and goodness me, we can tell. Rich flavours, smooth icy and moist cake, you would never be able to tell they were allergen conscious cakes. I cannot recommend Rubys of London enough. Thank you so much for making my Girlfriend's birthday so special!

Absolutely beautiful cakes and cupcakes. Very professional looking. Lots of different flavours so hard to decide what to get! I had a red velvet cupcake and it was absolutely delicious. Also pretty good price for a cupcake compared to other vegan cupcakes! Only £2.8.

We ordered a lemon cake to a birthday girl who adores citrus flavours. Cake was topped with the cutest mini donuts I have ever seen. Everything was perfect, from the communication with the Bakery to delivery and cake itself.

A ruby at the greenwich market - Edit
This stall is definetly the highlight or the ruby of the greenwich market. They offer all vegan and allergen free, even sugar free declared treats which aren't even real treats anymore. We got ourselves the carrot cake and a donut both of them incredibly delicous. Totally recommend enjoying them nearby in the beautiful Greenwich park and they taste even better.

I had high expectations after hearing my sister rave about Rubys of London and was absolutely blown away by the beautiful and extensive selection greeting me when I finally got to visit the stall. We bought a set of 6 cupcakes and doughnuts to take away and I was impressed by all the flavors I tried, but my favorite was the gluten free chocolate cupcake. Seriously Rubys has perfected the art of making gluten free cakes, truly the best I've ever tasted. I'm going to dream of their delicious treats until I can return to London to eat them again.

The most incredible first birthday cake we could have ever hoped for! Our little girl is allergic to dairy, egg and soya and Ruby was so accommodating to all her allergies and was able to make her a special order cake. I was reluctant to tell our family and friends it was vegan before they had a slice as none of them had ever tried a vegan cake. So I told them once they all started raving about how delicious the cake was. They were all so surprised and immediately asked me if I could give them Ruby's details so they can order their cakes from here too! It was moist, light, fluffy, naturally flavoured, delicious, beautiful, sweet and had the most perfect berries to top it off. Honestly, I can't thank Ruby enough!! Don't even think about it- just order your cakes from Ruby... honestly, you will NOT be disappointed! x

I purchased the donut tower cake which arrived today. We are a family of vegans however this cake was eaten by a few non vegans and they couldn't tell that the cake was in fact vegan! It was absolutely delicious. The quality of the cake is definitely one of the finest of the cakes that I have had. You truly do taste the love that is put into these cakes lol! I will definitely be buying from Ruby's of London in the future. The delivery was also prompt and the courier very kindly called me to let me know that he was outside. Extremely grateful that I've found this gem of a vegan bakery! X

2 x mint choc cupcakes - I've never had vegan buttercream that tastes so good and has such a soft texture
1 x hazelnut doughnut- delicious.
1 x Asian doughnut- very unique, not for everyone but I enjoyed it.
1 x triple choc cupcake - doesn't taste vegan. So moist and chocolaty.
1 x chocolate vanilla doughnut - amazing
1 x red velvet loaf - I have no idea how this cream cheese frosting is made but oh my God I want a tub of it
There's an artisan chocolate stall directly opposite but that had no line while this stall had several people lining up - proof that vegan food can be better!
Pros: All vegan, many gluten free, reduced sugar etc opt

Amazing vegan cupcakes and cakes which are sugar free and with gluten free options too. Been meaning to try this place for ages after seeing their creations on Instagram and they did not disappoint! Lovely staff serving and really patient when we spent ages deciding what to have as we were spoilt for choice! The red velvet cake and raspberry and almond cake were super tasty and the brownie to die for!
