Great food and service - Edit
I used to drive past Ruby’s a lot and it was always packed so surprising to find it nearly empty on Saturday 11am - prime brunch time?! I was a bit wary but you can see by the photo the food was great! So fresh and colourful. I’m not normally a huge beetroot fan but the quality and quantity was spot on! The beetroot hummus was great - I loved how it looked like blood in the bowl (weird?! But I liked it!). I also finished off my son’s hash brown. It was good! Not too greasy. They have two kinds of sourdough - kids and ‘adults’! Can confirm the kids got the tick of approval too! Service was lovely and friendly too.

Good vegan options - Edit
They had quite a few vegan options, including brown rice congee, scrambled tofu, chia Bircher, granola, burrito bowl, vegan salad, as well as a range of drinks. Don’t have a vegan menu as other comment suggested - options are just on the normal menu. Also, doesn’t have step free access to toilet.
