Vegan options, helpful staff

I never would have thought I could eat vegan at Ruby Tuesdays, but it was great. My server was very helpful. The salad bar has lots of super options, including black beans and roasted corn. The mashed potatoes are dairy-free, and they were happy to grill my zucchini without butter.
