Vegan options 👍 - Edit
Not wanting a vegan burger or falafels, we were finding it difficult to find food in Santiago de Compostela until we saw the menu del dia' here. For €11 we had Salmorejo followed by 'curry'. Curry was slightly oily & didn't really have any spice, but was tasty & healthy the menu del dia' included a drink & desert.

Some good some bad... - Edit
It's great to have vegan options in such central place. We tried several dishes. Crocetas and humus/baba ganoush was quite good. But main dishes burger and pasta was not good. Also I found the prices expensive for the style.

Tienen buenas opciones veganas como tortilla, guiso de seitán o croquetas, e incluso un pastel de coco y zanahoria. El menú del día incluye normalmente opción vegetariana o vegana de primero y de segundo, pero si pides fuera del menú sale caro para la cantidad de comida que sirven.

They don't serve the tastiest vegan food in the world but I'm sure they try their best. It is a nice option for having meals with friends who don't feel like having vegan food, so everyone can be happy.
Read moreThe restaurant is a cozy place located in Barrio de San Pedro, a lively area in Santiago, full of restaurants and bars where it is almost impossible to find vegan food, so Rua is a nice option. The staff is very friendly.
