Lots of options - Edit
What a surprise to see so many plant based items in this on-site cafe. Savouries included a cheese savory sandwich, a vegan sausage bap, and (we had) vegan sausage rolls which were heated up for us to eat with our decaff oat lattes. The cakes looked so good we had more coffees later on and had Yorkshire Parkin & a fruit and nut tiffin. In addition they had plant based biscoff tiffin, and a vegan chocolate brownie.
Read moreStaff very aware of vegan diets, apologised for the slight delay with oat lattes as they’d needed to run the machine through a clean cycle to get rid of any contamination from dairy milk

Quite a few options - Edit
There’s quite a few vegan savoury options including pasty, sausage sandwich and sausage rolls. They’re all pre-wrapped and a bit railway buffet car but there appears to be no kitchen facilities to prepare from fresh. The scones were tasty but disappointingly the tea cakes contain milk. Although there are plenty of meat options I was pleased to see no fish given the impact of fishing on sea bird populations. Non-dairy milks are available at no extra charge.

Cafe with puffin views! - Edit
Great reserve with helpful, friendly staff and lots of vegan options. Lovely warm soup - just what we needed after a windy morning of watching the gannets and puffins!

Good vegan selection - Edit
Really enjoyed our visit to the cafe at the visitor centre today. There was a good selection of vegan savoury and sweet options plus two types of plant-based milk. All staff were very friendly and welcoming. The vegan scones and vegan parkin were delicious. Dog friendly too. Hope to return soon.

Vegan cakes - Edit
Nice little cafe serving the RSPB reserve. Very busy inside as it was far too windy to eat outside the day we were there. I saw they had vegan cheese sandwich available but we had a vegan ginger cake and a vegan oat and date slice. They have oat and soy milk available. The lovely lady serving was vegan and delighted to serve fellow vegans😄

Great vegan scone - Edit
Very unusual to see a vegan fruit scone in an RSPB cafe, especially in Yorkshire, and it was very good indeed. As others have said there are a few vegan options.

Good selection of vegan options - Edit
The day I went to RSPB Bempton was horrendous weather, so the cafe was well received. They have a selection of milk alternatives, a good range of cakes, and a good amount of savoury options that can also be heated up. I was full from my massive breakfast, so didn't have room to try any of the savoury options. However, I got a lovely oat milk hot chocolate and a beautiful courgette, almond, and lemon cake. Absolutely delicious and much needed after being out in the wind and rain.

Good selection for small cafe - Edit
They had oat milk for coffee at no extra charge. Only 1 vegan sarnie but it was lovely. Vegan stem ginger cake which was a change from the usual biscoff. I had a lovely vegetable roll too.

Plant milks, vegan sandwiches and cakes - Edit
Only one vegan sandwich option when we visited (but it was nice) and we were pleased to see some plant based milks for hot drinks and a range of vegan sweet treats to choose from. The children enjoyed vegan sausage rolls. Beautiful setting and a gorgeous trail.

Lovely cafe with lots of options - Edit
This is a lovely little cafe with indoor and outdoor seating (with some overlooking the sea). There are lots of sweet and savoury vegan options, including yummy tiffins and vegan Magnums! Plant milks are available. The RSPB gift shop is also nice and there are lovely cliff top walks and seabirds.
