Even tofu options aren’t vegan - Edit
Their teriyaki sauce has beef broth and the sauce they cook the fried rice and noodles in is an oyster sauce. So the only vegan options are hibachi tofu with no sauce (not on the menu) and curry fried rice (without eggs) add tofu. The server was very sweet but not entirely knowledgeable with veganism so I learned the hard way that the miso dressing that comes with the salad is also not vegan. But the edamame should be good. Obviously this is all not ideal in the slightest but the food we got did taste pretty good and was cooked well. I am still disappointed with my choice to eat here because of the difficulty. They do use styrofoam but you can ask for a rice take out container which is a traditional cardboard box.
