Great veggie menu - Edit
This restaurant has really gorgeous lighting and it’s a lovely place to eat. We were able to get a table with no booking very easily on a Friday evening at about 6pm.
Read moreThe vegetarian menu has a couple of vegan options - these are clearly marked a bit more clearly online than on the real menu, but for the most part the labelling is very good.
The food was great and I’d definitely go again.

Best indian dinner in a long time - Edit
The menu card itself has a selection of vegetarian dishes, but most of them are in fact vegan. The waiter was very helpful and SO incredibly friendly! He was very keen to give us a nice dinner experience.

Positives: Waiter knew all about vegan options - what a relief!

Negatives: Location on main road so view a bit awful!
Rice portion quite small and waiters phoning suppliers v. loudly and discussing the front door hinges loudly too!

Many vegetarian options, well-labeled menu - Edit
I was in Kilkenny looking for a restaurant that would serve a late (after 7pm) vegan dinner on a Sunday night. There are many pubs in Kilkenny that have a vegetarian option at that hour, but it seems the places with vegan offerings all close early.
Read moreRoyal Spice fit the bill. It has a relatively large vegetarian section, with items containing milk and gluten free options marked.
Prices were fair and food was delicious. I would recommend this as a good option for vegans in Kilkenny.
