Part of a national chain of shops in support of organic farming. All organic, but not all veg. Sells a variety of produce and grains, as well as some health products. Beware than many of the chips and products center around honey. Open Mon-Sun 11:00am-11:00pm.

Very little here of interest - Edit
If you're looking for food soaked in vegetable oils, or full of additives like fructose, then this place is ideal for you.
Pros: Cute shelves.
Cons: Ingredients in most of the food.

Honorable project - Edit
Thought I would check it out after reading one reviewers comments about the spirilina chips.
Sure enough, a fair sized bag for only 25 Baht! They just had the BBQ flavor left. Very tasty. I will be back.
From what I can tell everything in the store comes from Thai business' that are trying to make a healthy difference.
Set up to give small Thai business' a chance to flourish and create jobs for the locals.
Example I bought some delicious Macadamia Nut cookies there. They have replaced a whole area of the countryside with macadamia trees that was previously covered with opium poppies. In order to stop the drug trade they had to provide another means of income for the locals.
My time was limited but I look forward to going back and looking closer at all the offerings they have.
Pros: Supports a great project
Cons: N/A

Correction: not all organic, nor all natural - Edit
Had high hopes for this shop but left disappointed, as much of what they sell contains artificial/processed stuff. For example, the shampoos that at first glance appear "natural" are mostly chemicals, including known carcinogens.
That said, there are a few items that might appeal to some of you.

Some vegan items - Edit
This shop in the food court ground level had some supplies worth noting, especially if you're cooking for yourself. They had many types of grains and good selection of organic vegetables. I found some vegan spirulina chips that were a steal at 25baht. They also have some supplements including spirulina tablets.
Pros: spirulina chips
