Try lobiani - Edit
From vegan options I know of one, lobiani. It's a Georgian party filled with beans and spices. It's really good.

Lots of vegan options - Edit
This little place offers a huge variety of Georgian specialities, including 5-6 vegan options which are oven-baked veggies and filled breads with different ingredients. Had the Lobiani which had a filling of beans, onion and cilantro and it was so delightful that only at the very end I noticed that the seasoning was a little bit on the conservative side. Staff is super charming and a great salesman, which makes the waiting time pleasant, and the food comes out piping hot. At 1:30 pm there were still loads of people, which speaks for the popularity of this place.
