Amazing Sammies that can be made Vegan! - Edit
The Buffalo tofu sandwich made vegan totally exceeded my expectations! Love how easy it is to make a sandwich vegan! (When you order online, they have big all caps alerts to include in the order, including allergies and vegan!)

I wasn't expecting to find anything at a place called "Roxy's Grilled Cheese", but there's actually a decent selection. There's vegan cheese, impossible burger, tofu dog, tofu sandwich, and vegan ranch dressing. I got the "fried buffalo tofu grilled cheese" with vegan cheese. Aside from the tofu being a bit bland, it was good: crunch grilled bread and melty cheese with zesty buffalo and ranch sauces. Would definitely go here again.
