I stayed 2 days in Ennis. The first day, the vegan dish was so good, that i went back te second day to try out an other dish. Both days it was a nice dinner. For vegans not many choice, but enough for 2 days. There is more choice for vegetarians

Unique and tasty with a beautiful view - Edit
They had a handful of vegetarian options, two full vegan options (curry and paella) and amazing lattes with oat milk soy milk as dairy alt options. The quality of food is amazing and the ambiance of sitting on the river on a sunny day is well worth the price.

On a rainy day after a long drive on a Sunday this is a nice stop before traveling on. Nice ambiance.

Classy vegan option - Edit
At a nice spot over the Fergus river, this classy restaurant (really high ceiling !) offers a real vegan option. The courgette pasta is a nice vegetable main course, well completed by the vegan granola for a well-balanced yummy meal !
