Not suitable - Edit
Arrived at lunch time and it seemed that they had reduced the menu. I asked what they had that was vegan and she pointed at a prawn pasta and a salad. Ordered the salad that came with ham.. really bad service. Saw later that the pizza existed but only as a margarita. Would not recommend this place for vegetarians or vegans at all.

Limited, Small Portions - Edit
We decided to try, despite the most recent review being harsh. Turns out, they were pretty accurate. There were only 2 vegan options on the menu (aside from pickled veg and olives), a pizza without cheese and a creamy pasta.
Read moreThe pasta was average, sauce was pleasant enough but overall lacking.
The pizza was actually alright, the base and sauce were good. It was just a little small, and could have used a cheese of some kind and some more toppings.
We went for more food dessert at the Veggie Table.

Higher Expectations - Edit
Only a few vegan options, but they were subpar, lacking both skill and flavor in preparation. Marinara Pizza flavor was ok, but crust was too thin, toppings too few and size too small for the price. Dry tomato avocado pasta was disgusting. soy milk sauce separated and became granular. pasta was gummy and sauce lacked any seasoning. marinated olives were cheap canned, pitted olives floating in an absurd amount of olive oil. i would not recommend these menu items to anyone. #Veganuary

Best Vegan past ever - Edit
Came here so many times and this time i tried avocado and dried tomato vegan cream pasta and vegan Aburafu ratatouille. Every vegan option menu here is Delicious! To be honest this is the best vegan pasta so far for me.
Read moreThe place is just steps away from Kotodai park station, you can also walk from Sendai station(the main station) for about 15 minutes. The surrounding area of Jozenji street is remarkable, best way to spend relax time in Sendai.
Pros: Deliciou vegan option
Cons: ratatouille is smaller than expected, i need more

Lovely pasta - Edit
Tried to go to another place but it was closed so stumbled across this place. It seems at lunch time they have a limited menu which only has one option suitable for vegans on it, but was delicious none the less. My partner enjoyed the non-vegan options too so great if you’re traveling with non-vegans.
Read morePros: Super delicious pasta , Free coffee and tea , Locally sourced ingredients
Cons: Portion size to price ratio not the best, Lunch menu only had one option

The pasta here is the best. - Edit
If you come to Sendai, this is definitely recommended. Mushroom peperoncino and green onion tomato sauce pasta are excellent. This restaurant promotes local production for local consumption and considers SDGs.
