Bookstore, bar and cafe with two vegan pies as well as vegan donuts on some days. Vegan milks for cafe drinks. Open Mon-Fri 8:00am-8:00pm, Sat 8:00am-6:00pm, Sun 9:00am-6:00pm.
The coffee is fantastic every single time, and the staff are so friendly! There are plenty of vegan milks to choose from, and they usually have a few vegan food items on their menu. They have delicious vegan fried doughnuts that they get from Kingston Candy Bar down the street, although they tend to sell out rather quickly! I tried their vegetable pot pie, which was delicious as well.
Seasonal drinks are creative and worth a try, too!
Great atmosphere and within walking distance to other vegan-friendly spots.
During warmer months, the farmer’s market is right across the street.
I like the selection of books, together with the selection of cafe drinks and places to sit. The vegan pies are great. A unique Hudson Valley place. Things can get more crazy with events when no crisis is on.
