Average market, some vegan options are nice

The first time I went here I was very happy because it felt like there were SO many vegan options. When I went once or twice more, I realized there aren't, they might just be vegan places you haven't heard of before. Also the market hosts a variety of places that I really don't like to see: cheese sellers, butchers. It really isn't so great to walk around there. But I guess that goes for any Dutch market.
The vegan places are: vegan bakery Epicurieus, 100% worth the visit, follow them on Instagram for other options (mystery boxes) as well. Vegan Suppli, also very delicious, and definitely worth trying their suppli balls. They are amazing. Nori vegan catering, which if you follow them on Instagram you will realize they are not so vegan as they actively share non-vegan stuff and host non-vegan (and even non-vegetarian) dinners too.
There are some other places with vegan options, for example the vegan stroopwafels can be good (its hit or miss, I had great ones there, I had bad ones and there is only one stand).
Overall I would say its nice to visit this market once when you live there or are in the area, and you can get some nice vegan food, but I wouldn't go out of my way to go there, it's not as vegan-friendly as it looks.

Cons: Not fully vegan, Limited vegan options

Small market, but the vegan stalls there make it worth the trip

Suppli has a delicious vegan parmesan besides other food stuffs, there is a stall with a great variety of mushrooms, a dried fruits stall, several baker shops, the patisserie Epicurieus with their delightful vegan croissants and other pastry and most (food, coffee) stalls will serve vegan options.

Good atmosphere. If you are in or near R'dam on a Saturday: do visit this market

Pros: Veggie Garden for amazing Asian snacks, Suppli for Italian, including a vegan parmesan, the athmosphere

Cons: not all vegan, so you need to ignore some stalls

Very special vegan stands

Not a vegan market by any means, but there are stands offering vegan food that's hard to find elsewhere.
Vegan suppli has nice fried risotto or pasta balls.
Nori catering is absolute class in terms of vegan cuisine, but unfortunately they were sold out of most menus when we arrived.
Marcellus waffles offers a vegan option for warm stroopwafels made on the spot.
There was also a stand selling vegan empanadas, but I had tol much food to try them. I will definitely try them next time.

Cons: Meer vegan

Vegan-friendly and cute market

They have some all-vegan stands, like Epicurieus, Suppli, Clark fermentation, Toramusubi and Wheat, Pray, Love. Some of their foods are amazing, like chick pea tempeh (Clark f), puff pastries (Epicurieus) and supplis (Suppli). Potjes & Deksels is also a nice stand: they have several vegan and low-waste items.

There are stands that sell some vegan items, like Okini, Das Brot and Jordy Bakery.

At the market, there are some benches and tables, but I didn't see a toilet. Btw, you can bring your own containers to carry your food in.😄

Favorite market all the time

This market is super fun. There are many special market stalls, with things that you can't just buy in the store. There is even a vegan bakery with, among other things, vegan ham/cheese croissants. There is also a lot of vegan food available. We love it!

Pros: So many nice market stalls, Nice people, Pleasant ambience

Cons: Expensive parking costs

Cute little market with great vibe

This is quite a small market, but with a great variety of vegan things to taste. The best stand is by far the pastries at Epicurieus, where I had a baklava croissant and G&T bun. There is also vegan italian food, tempeh dishes, greek food and more. It was all accompanied by some lovely live music!

Pros: Diverse, Good food, Awesome vibe

Gezellige markt

De sfeer is heel gezellig en er staan enorm veel kraampjes waar je vegan kunt eten. Neem vooral iets bij de vegan bakker (epicureus), ze hebben enorm veel lekkere dingen!

Pros: Gezellige sfeer, Veel opties

Very (vegan) friendly market with local products

Farmer's market with lots of local products (bread, vegetables) and local businesses. There are some meat and dairy stands but the amount of vegan (friendly) stands are growing and the food is great. Sometimes there is live music and at certain times in the seasons there are more gift/accessories stands between the food stands.

Pros: Great vegan food to try and buy, Great atmosphere (gezellig!), Great selection of vegetable stands

Cons: Fake goat for kids to milk (why??), Smell of smoke and meat sometimes, Only 1 coffee stand (but a good one)

Vegan options available

It is always interesting to visit Rotterdam Oogst when you are nearby. Last Saturday we went after a long period and found two (for us) new stands; one with freshly made humus, which I didn’t buy yet and one of Pure Italy with Alessandro Rocchi behind it (see also my picture). We tasted his delicious fresh cheese(nut) and think that this stand is really unique because it has fresh products which are new and delicious in Rotterdam. As always with these kind of cheese it is not cheap because of the expensive ingredients but I can assure you they are worth every euro.

Pros: Vegan stand, Biological stand

Cons: The smell of smoking fish sometimes, The artificial animal with milking option for kids, The smell of roasted flesh sometimes

Nice market with delicious products

Every Saturday on the Noordplein there is this market with local produce. Meat and cheeses are sold but there are plenty vegan options like bread, cakes, spreads, Thai food, pasta, cheese. Very friendly atmosphere.
