Huge portion of pulses - Edit
I ordered the regular dal and ended up with a big bowl of red lentils and two giant pieces of roti. The roti is delicious, and it was great to eat some pulses in a country often lacking in restaurant beans.

Small menu, tasty food - Edit
This is a small eatery with a small menu, popular with locals for take away. The staff speak great English so it's easy to ask questions about ingredients. Really friendly. Tasty, but not amazing, curries and yummy roti.

Vegetarian options - Edit
Small place with 5 vegetarian options including veg dhal and veg curry. My server did not understand what vegan was. Had to ask specifically if they used eggs, milk or ghee in their roti or curry. They said no but its unclear if they used margarine in their roti or not. 180 to 250 pesos for a meal.
