Nice place to have a pizza. They have vegan and vegetarian options, but if I remember correctly they didn't have English menu, which is a bit so-so. The staff was very friendly, though, and made the effort to understand us and talk for a bit.

pomodoro has a few options that are vegan. The bruschetta was really good. The vegana pizza was okay. the atmosphere was not so good tbh. The smell in the restaurant was bad and the decorations were down right ugly.

Loved the vegan mozzarella - Edit
They have vegan and gluten free pizza. Gluten-free dough is not that tasty, but vegan rice mozzarella is great. The regular dough is fine. We tried their pizza in Venice also and we liked it better there.

The pizzas we had were delicious. Also loved that they state on their menu that they can use vegan mozzarella on all pizzas on request, so there was plenty of options. Great service and are open on Sundays unlike a lot of other places in Padua.

Vi piacerà questo tipo di pizza se amate i panificati morbidi e fragranti. Rispetto alla pizza classica che si trova in giro questa è molto più morbida sia nel centro che nel cornicione. Il cornicione sembra proprio un cuscino di pane.

Tutto perfetto: cipolla cotta che non lasciava la bocca "profumata", pizza adeguatamente condita e ricca. L'ho mangiata con un onnivoro che ha approvato a pieni voti. L'ho pagata 9 euro e 50.
Ho preso anche una bruschetta di antipasto (4 e 50). Ve ne portano 3 pezzi belli ricchi. Per i miei gusti era leggermente troppa salata, per gli altri era perfetta.
L'unico difetto è che possono risultare un po' lenti nel servizio. I prezzi sono sopra la media. Per esempio la Margherita costava 7 euro, però si vede che gli ingredienti che usano sono di qualità.

You can ask for mozzarisella on every pizza (like I did), but there is already a vegan pizza option on the menu.
They can make gluten free pizzas too!

Read moreThey have clearly labelled vegan pizzad but you can also substitute vegan mozzarella (mozzarisella) to vegetarian pizzas to make them vegan. They have the classic Neapolitan pizza shape withe the thicker border and it was amazing. You can choose between regular dough, whole grain and hemp dough. I got a Pumarolella which had many different tomatoes, capers, olives and basil with mozzarisella.
Loved it and definitely going there again to try fried pizza!
