Only one vegan pizza in menu. Interesting ingredients, but I don’t like taste of vegan cheese and it was to oily for me.

Abbiamo preso una pizza vegana (con mozzarisella, Chips di barbabietola, funghi champignon, porcini e patate al rosmarino) e una marinara con aggiunta di friarielli e funghi champignon. Davvero buone; interessante anche l'opzione dell'impasto integrale piuttosto che al carbone vegetale o senza glutine.

We were two and we visited this restaurant at lunch time. We ordered two bruchettas and two Veganetto pizzas that was the only vegan pizza on the menu. Veganetto is supposed to have vegan sausage in it. However as the pizzas arrived, there was no sausage. We asked about this and the waiter said that they don’t have vegan sausage at the moment. I find it very annoying that the waiter said nothing about this while taking our order.

Bruchetta lacked garlic and salt. Bread could have been toasted better.

Finally a pizza with vegan mozzarella! - Edit
Finally I had my first pizza with vegan mozzarella! We had two different kind of pizzas: Picciosa (tomato sauce, vegan mozzarella, mushrooms, artichokes, black olives) and Contadinotta (vegan mozzarella, fiarielli, potatoes, porcini, champignon, basil). The dough was made with whole wheat flour. They were both delicious! For dessert we had Zeppole napoletane (deep fried doughnuts) with sugar and strawberry sauce.
