The meatball banh mi is great, the tofu one isn't - Edit
The tofu banh mi is made with some kind of processed soy product, to look like fake meat I guess, and not actually tofu. I love fake meat but this wasn't very tasty and completely not what I was expecting when I ordered it. I had to double check with them that it was indeed tofu, they said it was house made and seemed very proud of it.

Wish they put daikon in their banh mi though. The house made pate has a nice texture but not much taste, but kudos for the effort.

Super yummy mock meats - Edit
I love it when vegan options are more than tofu and vegetables (though I'd still eat tofu and vegetables). These guys do a vegan nut pâté (!!) with vegan meatballs, bbq pork, lemongrass chicken or tofu for their banh mi. Their bbq pork roll was super tasty. 👍
