Delicious and original Ortaggio vegan Pizza in the middle or rural Muskoka

We had just left the nearby JW Marriott Muskoka (Canada Day 2-day holiday vacation stay) and was exploring the nearby 150-year old cute village of Rosseau. As it was 1pm lunch time we were hungry after checking our the classic General store and getting a sorbet vegan ice cream. Nearby we found the new restaurant Rosseau Pizzeria which had a vegan menu but also a modern design and a beatiful view of the lake and the marina. Perfect summer day for an authentic italian experience with their Ortaggio vegan pizza, smashed potatoes, some San Pelligrino with Lemon and by the way they also have diced tomato bruschetta which can be served vegan.

There aren't many restaurants in the small towns of Muskoka but this one is worth visiting, especially in the summer months.

Pros: Authentic pizza sauce, pizza Crust is perfect thickness and crispness, Vegan Ortaggio pizza is right on the menu

Cons: it's only open 'summer months' from May to October
