Can't find it either - Edit
Like the previous reviewer, I searched high and low for this place but found nothing. So either it's not here anymore, or the map on the Happy Cow app isn't correct. Either way I'd suggest not looking for this place until someone has offers a positive experience or more detailed directions.
If anyone does happen to find it, please message me and tell me where it is. I live in Bangkok, so I'm always on the lookout for good veggie restaurants.

Is it possibly closed? I looked high and low and asked locals and could not find this place.

This place is very easy to miss. Map marker should be correct though. Did you try calling the number? The owners speak English.

Best Thai Food in Rama 9 - Edit
Roselee’s restaurant is truly my favorite spot around Rama 9. I used to live in A-Space Condo, which is just 5 minutes away from Rama 9 MRT, and staying there you get to try every restaurant, every food shop, every street cart there is walking distance from the metro.
Roselee is by far the best.
The cozy atmosphere, how clean it is, the food, after all it’s all about the food and after going to the place for a couple of months I started comparing every dish, everything I ate to the food at the restaurant, because it is that good.
The place is managed by Rose and her son, who are the cooks themselves so it feels like everything is being cooked just for you in a nice private atmosphere.
And whatever your food preferences are, you can ask for it and Rose will happily make it.
If you stay around by Rama 9 or you are in the area, don’t miss the chance to try Rose’s food, it’s great!
