Vegan paradise - Edit
We had really authentic „fish‘n‘chips“ and a cold traditional beetroot soup for starters, then the jackfruit burger and Asian ricenoodle salad, for dessert a panna cotta and a brownie with peanut butter and vanilla ice cream. Everything was extremely delicious, unexpensive and plates were arranged lovely. Unfortunately, part of the staff (the guy) was very unfriendly, but maybe this was because he didn’t understand any English? Anyways, 5 stars ☀️☀️☀️☀️☀️

Delicious! - Edit
Cute little place with a big range of food, and the dishes were delicious, making eating vegan every day a pleasure! The main dishes are very fair prices, starters and drinks not that cheap but all made fresh and tasty as well. Coffees served with soy milk, oat milk and rice milk. English menu. Recommendable.

For me as a local, this is the best place to eat out in the city. I tried everything on the menu and everything is freaking delicious! Fresh, healthy food for very reasonable prices, and the portions are huge!

Fantastic - Edit
Everything I tasted at rosehip today was fantastic. I tried the pink hummus bowl and the portobello burger and both tasted really amazing. I especially loved the combo of the different components in the pink hummus bowl that went really well together, it shows that the people behind the menu at rosehip knows what they are doing! I highly recommend!!!

Modern bar, nice staff, delicious food - Edit
The interior is really modern. You can also sit outside - there are small tables for 2-3 on the sidewalk. Staff is really friendly. We had cold beetroot soup with country potatoes and a mixed bowl with vegan goat cheese - both were served fast and very delicious. Definitely recommend!

Sweet people, Sweet restaurant - Edit
The menu was ful of interesting dishes, first nachos mmm... then I wanted to order two dishes and the waiter said it will be too much because portions are big. I ordered only one then and He was right :). I had Loaded potatoes - absolute delight and my friend had Salad with asian noodles, she was very satisfied. The dog, the food and the staff in RoseHip were great!

Trendy vegan joint + an amazing šaltibarščiai - Edit
I’d been recommended RoseHip by a local veg friend, who raved about the menu and the fact that it had the traditional cold beet root soup. This soup is often prepared with dairy and eggs, so I had been expecting not to have it this time around in Lithuania. I had loved it on my first visit (when I was not a vegan) so I had a good idea of what it typically tastes like after having had it a few times. My (Lithuanian) boyfriend and I split on the soup, and both of us were blown away by how accurate the taste was to the traditional recipe. A must try for visitors looking to get a taste of Lithuanian cuisine, as well as locals looking for a spin on the classic dish.
Read moreAs for the rest of the meal, I ordered vegan nachos with cashew sauce while my boyfriend had the Mexican burger. The portions were extremely large, which I wish I had known prior to ordering as it was difficult to finish all of our food, and left us quite bloated and queasy for the rest of the night given how “rich” the food was.
Nevertheless, the food did taste good, and the atmosphere was nice outside the entrance to Bernardine park. Would absolutely return for the šaltibarščiai!
Pros: Central location , Fun and diverse menu, Fully vegan
Cons: Service was a bit cold, Some items are on the expensive side , Food was difficult to digest

Try the traditional beetroot soup - Edit
This is the best place to try the pink beetroot soup, it is super tasty and fresh really good! Although, I also got loaded tempeh potatoes which were okay but too salty and that is such a shame because I did not really feel other taste than salt... The staff is friendly

Best vegan place in Vilnius - Edit
Best out of this and Gyvas - we both had the jackfruit burger which was very tasty and came with loads of chips. The jackfruit itself was just the right texture, and the ketchup for the chips was very moreish. We shared the brownie for dessert - it was beautifully presented, with heaps of ice cream, peanut putter and some weird fruit thingies which were very nice too! Very impressed, if you are vegan and in Vilnius, you should definitely go!
