This place deserves a Michelin star!

So happy I went off the beaten path and came here!! The soup was surprisingly delicious. The tempeh sandwich was just as good. Service was quick. They have a beautiful patio to sit on, or inside is super cute and has outlets for charging.

Incredible food and service

Teriyaki tempeh was incredible. Food is super fresh, full of flavour and textures. We went to this place twice while visiting Vilnius.

Good, but not crazy good

Typical vegan fast food with a few twists (like tartare sauce on the burger or the beetroot ketchup) but overall nothing special. Good drinks, friendly service.

Had an amazing bowl. Lots of vegetables and plant based protein. Friendly service, a bit distant. But amazing ambiance!

Enjoyed the food and the place

I had a buckwheat bowl which was quite amazing, a nice combination of different flavors. They also have a particularly nice terrace for outdoor seating, with sunshades. Service was a bit slow, but friendly.

Delicious

Friendly staff, lots of appealing options on the menu, and the food was all delicious. I particularly loved the kimchi fries. I’d happily eat there again.

Good food, bad service

We visited Rosehip with high expectations 6/2025 but left disappointed. The food was ok, the only really tasty dish was the "calamari rings" as a starter. I ate tofu bowl which had literally one full chopped onion (way too much, yuk) and my hubby ate a burger. He was left hungry so that dish wasn't even big enough. It took quite a while to get the food and after finishing our dishes we waited for waiters to come to ask if we want desert. Nothing happened in 15 minutes so we went to ask for the menus. Then we waited another 15 minutes but no staff came to the room so we left and paid in the cashier. There were four staff people standing and talking together but no one was interested in serving customers?! Maybe this is the "famous Baltic customer service" we laugh about in Finland but I would have expected better service in vegan restaurant.

Pros: Vegan calamari rings

Cons: Bad and slow service

Flavourful Finds and Friendly Vibes in Vilnius

RoseHip, a fully vegan bistro nestled in the heart of Vilnius, offers a casual yet considered dining experience. We visited on a gloriously sunny evening and were fortunate to enjoy our meal outdoors on their shaded terrace. Despite being adjacent to a busy street, the ambience remained pleasant and undisturbed.

Service was both professional and warmly personable, with staff attentive without being overbearing. The bistro’s interior leans towards cool, modern design—tastefully minimal, yet inviting.

The highlight of the evening was undoubtedly the Beyond Meat Mexican burger. A riot of textures and tastes, it came loaded with zesty jalapeños, creamy avocado, crisp pickles, and tangy tomato sauce—all encased in a seeded bun. A generous side of sweet potato fries accompanied the burger, their slight sweetness playing off wonderfully against a refreshing local tap lager. The entire plate felt balanced, indulgent yet thoughtfully composed.

The rest of the family was very happy with their meal too.

I loved the eating experience at RoseHip!

Pros: Inventive and satisfying vegan menu, Friendly and efficient service, Comfortable terrace with sun protection

Cons: Street noise might bother sensitive diners

Lives up to its reputation

We had the caesar salad, fish and chips, creme brule and ice cream. Really tasty food, big place with an outside seating area too, and decent prices. Might come back to try more things on the menu.

Pros: All vegan, Great variety, Outside seating

RoseHip was excellent

I had the teriyaki tempeh with brown rice and it was delicious. There was a wide variety of vegetables in the bowl. The tempeh was very delicious. I didn’t have room for dessert, so I might need to come back again.

Pros: Wide variety of foods on menu, Healthy foods, Very fresh ingredients

Fabulous

Love everything about this place. The large outdoor seating area, the spacious indoor eating area, the friendly service, and of course the food.

Straight off the plane, on to the G3 bus, a lovely walk down the hill admiring all the greenery, to RoseHip for lunch.

I had avocado on toast with slithers of radish and beetroot, and young greens, with pesto. Really tasty.
B had vanilla ice cream. It is a very hot day!

I need to come back in the evening for the vegan fish and chips!

A gem in Vilnius

Absolutely loved it here. Wish we didn't wait till the last day to try it as we would have gone back more than once!

We went for brunch & got the tofu benedict and the English breakfast - both were great. Flavourful & filling.

Excellent

Vegan version of Lithuania’s pink soup was delicious. Vegan fish and chips and the tofu burger were both great too. The tofu burger had a generous slab of tofu in there

It wasn’t that good

Reading the reviews i expected something else. Despite the restaurant is nice, once i got the menu i found it very basic (bowls, burgers, nachos…).
Food wasn’t too good to be that expensive. The burger was about 14€ without sides (sweet potato was 4,5€). Total almost 20€ for a beyond burger.
The pink hummus bowl (11,50€) wasn’t too nice neither, but that was maybe my wrong choice... I found flavours and textures didn’t match too good.
Must give it another try!

Basic but good

Nice to haves vegan restaurant but if you order a Mexican burger, I would rather order one with a beyond meat burger patty, the home made one is rather bland and dry. The berry smoothie is nothing to write home about

Perfect lunch

We had the Asian salad and a bowl. Both were very good. I especially liked the home made sauerkraut in both!

Almost perfcet

This restaurant need to rethink their billing politics. It could have been 5* if they woukdn't say "you came in a group so we'll charge you 10% extra to your order"

Pros: Food is tasty and filling, Great service, Good atmosphere

Cons: Expensive, Even more expensive in a group

Popular spot at weekend!

Centrally located, very spacious, comfortable and 100% Vegan. I had a filling Pink Hummus Bowl which I thoroughly enjoyed as well put together and tasty. The menu has a good selection of desserts and also includes cocktails and strong drinks in addition to soft drinks. Prices are average.

Pros: Menu options, Choice of seating areas, Also offers pastries!

Delicious food, slow service

[Visited May 2024]
The food here was really good. On the day we visited, we waited a really long time before someone came to take our order outside, but maybe it was just an unlucky day. I’d still go back for the food.
