Wow! I need to know how to make the cold beet soup, because it was extremely delicious! Everything my friend and I ordered here was incredibly delicious. It was nice to have a healthy and nutritious meal after a long travel day. Absolutely 100% recommend!

Stopped here for lunch and had teriyaki tempeh Buddha bowl. Partner had nachos. Both were really good quality, fresh, filling, and super tasty! Marcel recommends the teriyaki tempeh Buddha bowl.

We had the loaded fries with bechamel sauce for sharing and the teriyaki tempeh bowl. So fulfilling. Make sure you are really hungry, if you opt for that combo 😁
The place is also really cozy. Many different people, also people with laptops and people reading. Love that.

Had the Teriyaki Tempeh Bowl and it was awesome. For dessert i had the Panna Cotta which also was supertasty especially the crunchy berries.
Card payment also digital tipping.
If the weather allows it you can sit outside and enjoy the summer in Vilnius. So go for it!

In an attenpt to eat healthier, I wanted something fresh and less naughty than usual (though I kind of regret that I haven't tried the burger) so I took the buckwheat bowl with pumpkin and feta. It was a large portion and very tasty! I ordered the Tampeh sandwich for later and it came with s small salad with pesto-dressing. Even hours later, the sandwich tasted like it was freshly made and it was huge! I also really like how the take away wasn't boxed in plastic. Would definitely come again because the menu has a lot to offer (Beynd Neat Mexican- I'm coming!).

“The future is vegan” on the A-frame outside was a great welcome to a really hungry Irish ☘️ vegan who had been fasting for 20 hours and was mad for it.
Read moreWalked in and the bar servery was directly opposite where the 3 servers gave us a big hello. “Sit anywhere” they said after they twigged we didn’t speak Lithuanian and we walked through the lovely rooms and picked a corner.
The menu is AWESOME and I chose the Teriyake Tempeh and H had the Tofu burger. The atmosphere is amazing & fun and I could see into the 🌱kitchen which was spotless and a beehive of activity with really good looking vegan chefs beavering away.
It was my first ever day in Lithuania & Vilnius and it’s going to be hard to equal this place and I feel like going back this evening.
The future IS vegan 🥗

Read moreWhen we entered the restaurant the staff straight away told us they’re busy and food will take half an hour. We ended up waiting a little over 30min - they gave us free desert for our inconveniences. This is over the top customer treatment that’s unheard of in Europe. Extremely kind staff.

Atmosphere is nice and modern, the staff is friendly and speaks perfect English. A little bit pricey maybe, but that’s my only criticism.

The bistro had lots of seating options, inside and outside. I had the tofu burger with a side salad. Both the burger and salad were great and really filling. The burger was quite loaded so I wouldn't suggest trying to eat it on the go as you'll spill sauce and vegetables all over yourself.

This is the larger of two Rosehips in Vilnius, with more seats and a bigger menu. There are burgers, bowls and even a vegan fish and chips. Food was good quality. A good range of beers and cocktails also

Even though I’m not a fan of fast food-ish places this was totally worth it. Pulled jackfruit burger was juicy and amazingly combined (who would’ve thought that purple cabbage tastes soo good in a burger). Additional points for fresh homemade buns.
