Popular spot at weekend! - Edit
Centrally located, very spacious, comfortable and 100% Vegan. I had a filling Pink Hummus Bowl which I thoroughly enjoyed as well put together and tasty. The menu has a good selection of desserts and also includes cocktails and strong drinks in addition to soft drinks. Prices are average.

Fresh and delicious all vegan restaurant. We had the nachos as starter, very tasty toppings! The Buddha bowl with tempeh was so good.

Nice restaurant with delicious food. It is cozy and it was quite busy. So I'd recomend to make a reservation if you are going for dinner. They were a bit slow to answer to the email, so we made a reservation in the restaurant for dinner a day before.

We visited Rosehip Bistro for dinner one evening. It's effortlessly stylish, with a chilled vibe & subtle lighting. The menu could, however, be a bit more imaginative as, like lots of vegan eateries worldwide, it focuses on a mix of burgers, Buddha bowls & ramen. It would have been nice to see some veganised versions of Lithuanian dishes - but at least they have a good selection of local craft beer on tap!
Read moreThat said, what we had was pretty tasty. I enjoyed my Mexican burger & would definitely recommend the sweet potato fries. My wife also enjoyed her ramen, though she kindly said it wasn't as good as the version I make at home!
Prices are quite pretty reasonable with dinner for two, including a 400ml draft beer each, costing €38.

Ok..but didnt have the "brunch menu" - Edit
Cool place, and nice atmosphere.. We got a bit sad because we were looking forward to the "brunch menu" that we saw on google maps and here. But they didnt have that menu "today".. We ordered the Tempeh sandwich and Avocado toast. The tempeh sandwich was good, but the avocado toast was really boring. The pinapple smoothie was also good. I think the waitress should have asked us what we wanted from the "brunch menu", and maybe they could have managed to make it for us. We were just 3 guestes at this point.

I love the fact that it is all vegan, they have perfected all the recipes to a maximum in all the time they have been open. The food is delicious, the staff is always friendly, this is my usual go to place, especially recommend the Caesar’s salad for those who loved the non vegan version and the creme brûlée, it’s just amazing!!

Best vegan restaurant in the world (of this genre) - Edit
Rosehip serves the vegan dishes you know from your favorite restaurant at home, but they simply do it better. Where another restaurant would have fries loaded with mayonnaise, rosehip serves potato clefts with cashew dressing. You can get the good old beyond meat burger, but also a tofu or pulled jackfruit one. The food is not too salty, fatty or sweet and they appear to make the sauces from scratch. You can get a buddha bowl if you want something lighter.

We ate there twice. The first time, we had the Cold Beetroot Soup for starters. For mains we had the Loaded Potatoes with Béchamel Sauce and Tempeh, and the Loaded Potatoes with Jackfruit. The second time, we had Nachos for starters. For mains we had the Buckwheat with Pumpkin with Feta Bowl, and the Portobello Burger. All were delicious. Excellent service. A lot of variety. Very popular too. Nice outdoors setting. Good pricing.
