Serves meat, vegan options available. Casual, authentic Mexican food place since 1985. In the heart of Lohi. Offers cactus on many of its menu items - for tacos, burritos, rancheros, and tamales. Beans are refried in vegetable oil not lard. Prices range inexpensive to moderate. NOV 2015 REPORTED SHUT, CONFIRMED BY ITS FB.

Vegan Menu - Edit

Rosa Linda's has it's own separate menu, just ask your server for it when you go in. It's a family owned restaurant and one of my favorite places to eat in Denver. The service is friendly, it usually isn't too crowded, and the food is delicious. They have vegan cactus tamales that are amazing. There is also a parking lot next to the building so you don't have to deal with street parking.

Pros: friendly staff, delicious food, vegan menu

I order the large veggie combo which is a cactus enchilada, bean burrito, bean taco, bean tostada, and rice (with no cheese).
