Different from other "roots"; mainly buffet

We liked the food we got there but note that this is mainly a cantina. You can get one changing daily menu, one weekly menu, and a medium sized buffet paid by weight. The buffet is not huge, I'd say smaller than a Tibits, but the stuff we got there was good and of course it's great that it's 100% vegan.
