Serves meat, vegan options available. For breakfast there is soy yoghurt with granola and fruit or an açai bowl. Lunch includes avocado toast, naan bread with hummus, red curry with veggies and focaccia with eggplant. Also has cold pressed juices, house-made lemonade, and almond/soy or coconut milk for coffee. Open Mon-Tue 09:00-15:00, Fri 09:00-15:00, Sat-Sun 09:00-17:00. Closed Wed & Thu.

Take away only

I had to ask what was vegan, apparently just one salad and two sandwiches were (and many sweets);
I had a humus avocado sandwich, which was delicious.
It's not a café, rather just a store that also sells sandwiches so apart from a few tables and chairs outside (on the street, no shade), it's really meant to be exclusively take away (no indoor seating or toilets etc)

Best in town

Enige winkel in knokke die zoveel vegan opties heeft!
Een heel uitgebreide koffiekaart. Alle dagen verse vegan salade en hun dessert is in grote merendeel vegan. Ook voor ontbijt veel vegan opties.

Pros: Lekker vegan gebak ( ook gluten en suikervrij), Haver, kokos, soja, en amandelmelk voor koffie , Vegan salades en warme gerechten

Lots of waste, but tasty food

i was surprised to see a café with so mamy vegan choices in knokke (and it's not the only one!)
their food is tasty, they are a bit pricy, and the stuff is nice.
it's not possible tho to get your food and drinks with reusable plates and cups, even if you eat there.

Lekker gebak

Verschillende lekkere vegan gebakjes + een lattés en ice coffees met plantaardige melk naar keuze. Hebben ook kleine vegan lunchopties.

Pros: Vegan choices, Good pastry, There is a bench outside where you can sit

Cons: Too bad there wasn't a vegan cookie to come with

Nice to see some vegan options at the coast!

We do not have a lot of vegan options at the coast in Belgium so I was happy to see that Roots has a few!
Cosy interior and you can have a table outside.
Friendly staff
Did not try much because had not much time but had the ginger lemonade which was nice
