For the health-oriented eater - Edit
The lunch was a nice, tasty bowl for 11,90. clear flavours w/o too much sauce, but I wouldn't have minded if they had soms seasonings at the tables.

Nice lunch bowl - Edit
The space is cozy and inviting, and the weekly changing lunch bowls always sound delicious. The cauliflower caesar salad that I had on my latest visit was nice and full of flavor, although the sauce had a bit too much mustard to my taste. I'm looking forward trying their other lunch bowls! I've tried also their cinnamon bun and avocado bagel, and both were very tasty.

Cosy cafe with tasty vegan treats - Edit
I shared a bagel and a brownie, and they were both excellent. The bagel was freshly prepared, and the brownie was velvety smooth and chocolaty. The staff was friendly, and overall, the atmosphere was cosy. I would want to try their breakfast combos next.

Will definitely go back ☺️ - Edit
Popped in for breakfast and was not disappointed staff were very helpful in explaining the food options. I shared a chia pudding and glad I did it was filling and so tasty, partner had a charcoal latte which he liked and I had a chai latte it was different to what I've had before it was tasty but was grainy and bitty

Overpriced vegan food - Edit
The bagel with avocado wasn't too bad but the croissant didn't taste very fresh. Considering the price I was expecting better.

Cozy neighbourhood vibes - Edit
Roots is probably my favorite yoga spot in Helsinki and I like going there for morning yoga and having breakfast afterwards😄I have so far liked everything I’ve tried. The banana bread might be my favorite although it’s more like a dessert than a breakfast dish tbf

Peaceful coffee shop - Edit
This is mainly a yoga studio, as seen from the many people coming from their yoga exercise to enjoy some healthy vegan snacks afterwards. But you can visit it just to have coffee, bagel or something sweet. I enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere that invites you to stay longer than in a busier place. Coffee is good and the bagels too. The location on a side street might be challenging though, you probably won't frequent the place unless you live nearby.
