Description says may be closed. I have an 8 hour layover and walked all of terminal 1. The brands website doesn't list HKG as a location but does list other airports with root98. I'm thinking this location is closed unless I've just missed it

Edit: Google maps shows this location is now "fineprint". And recent photos show the fineprint store (older photos show root98). So root98 is closed or rebranded. Fineprint doesn't have any vegan options labelled

Fruit Juices and Tofu sandwiches

Good selection of juices and sandwiches.

Pros: Wellness juice with ginger and pepper is great, Large tofu sandwiches look good , One of few places at HKG with vegan options
