What they call “vegan egg” is (under seasoned) tofu. They had a vegan French toast and a vegan pancake during the recent Midwest Vegan Chef Challenge; I wish they had kept them on the menu. The The vegan crêpes are gluten-free, pasty, and unappealing.

Pros: Vegan slinger is great, Location/restaurant great, Omni family likes it
Cons: Can have long waits at popular times

Slinger Breakfast - Edit
The slinger is pretty good. Haven’t had anything like it in a long time. The “egg” is tofu. Portion size was a bit small for the price though.
