Two options for vegans, almond açai bowl or tropical chia pudding. The açai bowl felt pretty healthy and has granola, almond butter , cacao nibs and plenty of fruit

4.2 Lekker eten. Niet super veel keus maar wel lekker en gezellig. Erg vol voor een maandagochtend. Voor de mensen die binnen kwamen en weer weg lopen: als er een bordje ‘gereserveerd’ op de tafel staat dan kan het zijn dat dat pas voor 5 uur later is. Er was gewoon plek! Misschien voor het restaurant ook slim om anders te doen. Er liep binnen 30 minuten twee keer een stel door weg.

Twee vegan lunchopties op de kaart. Ik had een iet wat karig belegd flatbread; wat hummus, sla en beetje avocado voor 12€. Niet helemaal goede prijs kwaliteit verhouding. Jammer, want wel erg knus cafeetje!

I love the spot, the terrace and the staff. The food is also good, but there are quite few vegan options so I found myself eating the same stuff several times and then not going anymore.

Leuk, charmant klein restaurant aan de gracht. Er zijn een aantal vegan opties op de kaart gemarkeerd. De muesli met plantaardige joghurt smaakte goed. De broodjes waren ook heerlijk. En natuurlijk lekkere koffie met havermelk.

The bread with hummus did not have so much taste, but the bananabread was really nice!
Either way, nice to have a vegan option in the city centre.

I love this cafe, I go there a lot both on my own and with friends. There are vegan options, my favourite being the overnight oats (which turned out to be much more exciting than I expected!), but for this vegetarian their most attractive offering is their range of cakes. It's all delicious, but if I had to pick I'd say the carrot cake is the best on the list. A cup of jasmine tea and a piece of carrot cake at Cafe Roos make my day.
