Vegan mid-week feast - Edit
Visited Ronnie’s on a Wednesday evening- turns out you get a pizza and starter for £9.99 (the price goes up on other days). The pizzas are huge so you need a good appetite to order both. There are two vegan pizzas available - there only ever used to be one! Pizzas are VGN Special and the New Yorker can be veganised. Sides are vegan coleslaw and olives served with focaccia bread. Pizza was really tasty but took a while to get through. Definitely value for money! Staff were friendly but service was a bit slow and the restaurant was freezing despite being sat in front of the war radiator. I was a little skeptical about going after reading iced reviews but was pleasantly surprised.

Worst piece of toast ever - Edit
I ordered the Vegan Mushroom pizza from the vegan menu, which was delivered in around half-an-hour, but when I opened the box, I found a sorry looking piece of slightly-cooked dough roughly shaped like Australia and occupying around half – two thirds of the box.
Read moreThe topping consisted of a see-through smear of reddy-yellow stuff, about half a very, very thinly sliced mushroom and roughly 6 razor-thin slivers of red onion.
No sign of any grilled portobello mushrooms, slow roasted garlic, battered shallots or oven dried toms.
As for the taste, the cardboard box probably had more taste than the ‘pizza’.
Possibly the worst excuse for a vegan pizza I have had in 35 years and an absolute rip-off at £13 for something that probably cost less than 50p to throw together.
The Triple cooked wedges were no such thing, several still raw in the middle and at £3 worked out at 50p each.
Utterly dreadful – avoid at all costs.
Pros: Delivery within half-an-hour, No other pros
Cons: Quality, Cost, Quanitity

Amazing Pizza! - Edit
I have been searching for the perfect vegan pizza for a while and finally think I’ve found it! It really didn’t disappoint. I had the Vegan Nduja and could’ve eaten it all over again. Epic.

Great vegan options - Edit
Visited here a while back as part of an organised event. Food was high quality, service was quick (despite being absolutely packed out) and high quality. I've been to numerous wood fired pizza places that cook too long and burn the crust and Ronnie's avoid that. Could have been a tad more generous on toppings but I'm used to covering my pizza at home! Regular menu prices were average for the area, the deal price we got was amazing value.

10/10 for us....... - Edit
We have eaten at this place so many times and it never gets boring especially as the menu has now been extended so you can create your own special combination.... My go to is the Ronnie's Original, It is just sublime and the slow fermentation of the dough makes it so unique.......
Read moreThe staff and owner do an amazing job in making every trip to Ronnie's for us as good as the last one and the fact that all of the produce is locally sourced makes it so much better.....
If i had my way i would eat there 3 to 4 times a week as Ronnie's is the only Pizza i eat these days... Why go anywhere else when you can get the best at Ronnie's......
If you like authentic wood fired pizza then get yourself to this restaurant Its the best Pizza outside of Italy (i have eaten Pizza in Italy)

Vegan Pizzas - Edit
Lots of vegan options at this traditional pizza restaurant. Their dough is what won me over. Crisp and charred from the pizza oven, with a nutty, rustic taste. Their sauce is also excellent. Simple things done correctly makes for good pizza.
