Delicious M/enu/Catering Vegetarian - Edit
Cafe Koi has partnered with Roni's Kitchen in town to offer a unique vegetarian menu to Calgarians on weekends. I had the Shakshuka, it was served on a cast iron pan, a sauteed, tomatoe based vegetetable blend with a homemade cheese, and two eggs. Eggs can be swapped with Eggplant and chickpeas, also uber delcious.
The menu is that it is soy free. When we think about vegetarian, traditionally we think about tofu marinated in whatever. Roni's Kitchen has found a nutritionally rich flavours without relying on soy protein.
Food is outstanding, the granola with fresh ginger is not overly sweet. I recommend getting the cashew fermented yogurt.
Desserts change weekly. Drink menu is just as delicious as the rest of the menu.
Pros: Food is amazing, Staff is so friendly , Live Music weekly
Cons: Only Open on weekends, No reservations but usually room

Roni's Kitchen is young, fresh, original and in great price. It's a real pleasure, purely Vegetarian based manu, and all in good prices! I love this place, will definitely return for more every chance I'll get :)

Creative brunch - Edit
The food that Roni makes is superb in flavor and innovation. The chickpea scramble was full of flavour, whole chickpeas that added texture, came with pickled veggies. The burekas (almond cheese and eggplant) were amazingly good. Good size servings and wholesome food. Highly recommended
