Serves meat, vegan options available. Salad bar in a contemporary setting in the center of Ghent. Serves salads made on the spot. Two salads on the menu are vegetarian; vegans please inquire. You can also ask to replace the non-vegetarian ingredients if you want. Open Mon-Thu 11:30am-7:30pm, Fri-Sat 11:30am-4:00pm. Closed Sun and holidays.
