As stated in other reviews there is one official vegan sandwich, plus a vegan hotdog, donut, and ice cream (although I feel they would make you any combination of the ingredients they have)
What set this place apart for us were the good, fresh ingredients, and friendly vegan-aware staff.
After days of hummus wraps and avocado toast, we were very happy with our Rollin Street sandwiches, and our oat milk matcha was also good. We went twice.
If you are really craving a baked good, I guess this will do, but it’s not a terribly good donut, is expensive, small, and when we were there there was only one option: cinnamon sugar.
no vegan breakfast options or pastries available. it looks like they change rotate pastry options though.
oat latte very mediocre. prob better off getting a drip or coffee elsewhere.
also, no public restroom inside.
Donuts were okay but a bit spendy. However it was nice to find a sweet vegan treat especially in an area where there aren’t many. The veggie sandwich was pretty decent, raw veggies, and balls glaze, make sure to order it without cheese
Popped in and was glad to see clearly labeled donuts that said vegan/gluten free. I asked the employee if anything else there was vegan and he seemed confused and I don’t think he knew exactly what vegan was. The donuts were pricey for how small they were - $4 each. But they tasted good and I am always glad to vote with my dollar.
I am so sorry the staff only provided you with one option. We pride ourselves on quality, vegan options, as I know these can be hard to find. We do have a vegan menu that will be printed soon. We hope you're able to stop back by and try some other options we carry. We have rotating vegan, gluten free soups every week, salads, chia pudding, multiple options of other dairy free, gluten free items in our baked good section and vegan sandwich options!

Good - Edit
Good vegan donut! They only had one flavor but the people were nice and gave me a discount.

Options available but expensive - Edit
We didn't try any of the vegan food. It looked good but was very expensive. Paid $17.01 for 2 decaf oat lattes (with tip). Ouch!

We bought the vegan doughnuts. They were ok, not amazing, and were more than $4 each.
