Amazing!

The food was delicious! Everything we had was flavorful, and unique especially to the vegan scene. I cannot wait to try this place again.

Love it!

One of my fav's. Everything I've had here is amazing. They donate food to people in need and have pay what you can if you've fallen on hard times.

So. Damn. Good.

They have the best vegan comfort food sandwiches in San Diego. Get the Rich Gal. Amazing!

Pros: Pay what you can program on certain days, Huge portions , You need a blankie and a nap when you’re done

Wonderful food from wonderful people!

I will be making this place a regular spot! Staff was awesome and friendly. Food was in a big portion. They are doing a pay what you can program. I paid full price and still felt like I got amazing value!

Pros: Great staff, Big portions, Delicious 😋

Cons: Probably not for someone who is trying to diet 😆

Best Sandwiches Ever!!!

Ordered the Texas in Cali sandwich and it was legitimately one of the best things I've had since going vegan. They told me that they're not currently taking online orders because their wait times are getting too long- I went in person and waited about an hour for my order (they'll text you when it's ready) but it was so worth it! Would highly recommend going, my non-veg family agreed that the sandwich was delicious and a great portion for the price. Everyone who I spoke to there was very friendly and the business is also black-owned!

Edit: Went again on 12/23 and ordered one of each type of the loaded fries for my birthday. In my family's opinion, the Daikon Love fries were dry and really lacked sauce and we wouldn't recommend ordering them. All the other fries were good as well, but in our opinion, the BBQ jackfruit were the most flavorful and well-seasoned. I'm the only vegan in my family and my family hates mock meats and felt that these were the best. I think the Cajun fries and Buffalo fries are also definitely worth trying.

They also offer a cash discount on their site but the discount is only 1$ off the whole order (which is reasonable if ordering for one person, but not really worth it if placing a larger order).

Ultimately, these cons are so small compared to how good their food is and how great the service is. I will continue to support this business!!

Pros: delicious and filling, super friendly staff, texting when your order is ready for pickup

Cons: wait time (but totally worth it!), daikon love loaded fries were dry/not very loaded, cash discount isn't worth it for larger order
