Vegan pizza 🍕 - Edit
We went here on a road trip in 2023! We just got a vegan cheese pizza and it hit the spot! I believe they use the liquid Miyokos cashew cheese, though this could have changed since we were last here. I was not expecting to find vegan options in this area as we pulled off the highway in haste (too hangry to wait) and I was glad to have found something! I would definitely get it again if I was passing through this area on a future trip.

EDIT: since my review, rockstar has switched to the liquid cashew mozzarella from miyoko’s. While I’m sure others appreciate this switch, they do not state the nut allergy anywhere on their menu. This did not make for a fun night after I took a bite of pizza and started having an allergic reaction. Wish the owners would recognize the severity of food allergies

Tasty vegan pizza and cheesy bread - Edit
We put the thai sauce on as the base with like all the veggies. Vegan cheese is good but not the best. Staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. I'll be back.

Vegan and Gluten Free - two thumbs up! - Edit
Eating vegan and gluten free can be challenging at times! Rockstar is our go-to pizza place! Their vegan pizza is really good. The regular and GF crust are both very tasty, too it with all the fresh veggies you want. Delish!!
