Vegan Chef Challenge - Edit
I have eaten here several times and I always love the stuffed poblano pepper entre, but they also participated in the vegan chef challenge which was SO FUN !! It was like a 3 course little dinner menu and it was creative beautiful and thoughtful just like the stuffed poblano that is permanent on the menu.
