Great find with plenty of vegan options

Found out about Rivertrail after a disappointing lunch at Lake Placid Brewery. The receipt we received from Lake Placid Brewery could be used for 10% off at Big Slide Brewery or Rivertrail Beerworks. We love Big Slide but hadn’t ever heard of Rivertrail and I was so excited when I saw they had vegan options. Love the atmosphere of the restaurant and the food was delicious! I got the tofu Reuben. Excited for another option for meals when we are in the adirondacks!

Great option for the entire family

This place is perfect if you have a family full of mixed dietary needs. I ordered the “Olive You Truly” pizza (sans olives) with vegan cheese and holy smokes I was impressed! The crust was absolutely perfect and the toppings tasted so fresh. Would definitely eat at again if staying longer!

Pros: Options!, Cool atmosphere, Great beer

A must-visit for vegans in Saranac Lake

After a morning of hiking, my wife and I stopped here for a recovery meal. We both ordered the Gatherer Burger with vegan cheese and it absolutely hit the spot. Their beer was great too! We loved it so much that we returned the next day to try their tofu Reuben — also incredible. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating. Give this spot a try!
