Refurbished cafe and coffee shop in a 300 year old former blacksmith's building on the banks of River Teifi. Serves vegetarian food with vegan and gluten free options. Daily specials, cakes, cookies, vegan ice cream, fair trade tea and coffee. Attached to the health food shop next door. Open Mon-Sat 9:00am-5:00pm.

Veggie/vegan foodopia - Edit
This is a great veggie/vegan retuarant. Serves a wide choice of food( It took me ages to choose as so many different dishes) in generous portions , lovely atmosphere too.
Nice friendly staff.
There is a health food opposite as well so you can eat a delicious meal and stock up with provisions before going home.
If you park in the town near the castle ruins there's a lovely walk down by the river, which is nice after having such a nice Lunch.

Nice place it's strictly vegetarian but it got vegan choices too! Good for cakey snack or lunch or just a good hearty tasty meal !!!! Lush halloumi panini

Riverside Cafe is SUPER! It is vegetarian and always has quite a few vegan options. The soups are always vegan, the salads are fab and there will always be a vegan chocolate cake or date slice available!! It is in a beautiful location and it feels like such a good place to be!! Definitely worth a visit! Or two!
