Beautiful place, needs guidance on creative Vegan meals

Had dinner early on a Sunday evening and was one of 3 tables. This place is newer and has a lot of potential and friendly staff but needs guidance and inspiration from big city restaurants (Chicago/Detroit/LA) and vegan patrons who know how to cook. They have things on the menu like tofu, vegan pepper jack cheese, and a vegan breakfast hash but they’re not competitive with many other nice GR restaurants in this caliber with delicious vegan entrees.

Pros: 3 vegan options: hash, BB burger, tofu sandwich, Beautiful venue, outdoor patio still open in Oct., Friendly staff, told me menu would change soon

Cons: Limited creative vegan dinner options, V blk bean burger served burnt, could not finish, Was told the black bean burger comes this way
