Cold food and cold heart

To begin, I have been a vegan for multiple years, and selected this restaurant having seen that they had 3 options on line. But, when I got there they only had 2, which was fine, but the mixed grill lacked any protein, so I added the bean mash to supplement my dietary needs for protein. However, when it came out everything was cold so was the shrimp on my dining companions salad. Dinner was served concerningly quickly but they remade the grill but it lacked seasoning and flair. I may be vegan but I do have tastebuds! Additionally, even with so few people dining at the restaurant at the time, the restaurant was loud to the extent that I couldn't hear my dining partner across the table. Overall, a mediocre dining experience for a mediocre restaurant.
