Delicious, authentic New Haven-style vegan pizza - Edit
The vegan Big Mac is hands down the BEST vegan pizza I've ever had. Heck, it's one of the best pizzas I've ever had period. Did not expect to find it attached to a brewery I already enjoy going to occasionally. They clearly know their stuff: that vegan cheese isn't dairy cheese and shouldn't be piled high, that Beyond Meat needs some seasoning, that vegans also enjoy a delicious crust. Had it reheated the next day and it still held up.

I love this place! Really great vibes in this cozy brewery which also offers mocktails for those who prefer a fun non-alcoholic beverage. There are also a stack of games available to use.
Read moreThey just opened Ritual Pizza Company inside the brewery and the pizzas are SO GOOD. They currently have 3 designated vegan pies but we had them veganize options from the regular menu as well. They were all delicious, well seasoned, and creative!
