It was great to see so many vegan options when most Mexican places were stuck with fajitas. We both got the vegan burrito. You can adjust spice. There’s many jalapeños in there as is, so take those out if you’re sensitive. Not much flavor overall.

Worst customer service and rude staff with pretty much an empty restaurant. The food was below average. I went in and ordered a burrito and a beer. The beer didn't come out until the meal. I had to get up thrice to check with the waiter as he didn't make rounds. For payment, they forgot to add the beer to the bill and I had paid already. Then they asked me to pay for the beer but only in cash which I didn't have as it was below the minimum $5 for card. Then abruptly, the waiter asked me to F off. Never coming back here, and don't recommend anyone either.

I've had their vegan burritos a few times, and I'm not sure if it's a different cook, but man sometimes the tofu is so bland inside. The portions are huge which is great. And if you are eating there the drinks are great. But I'm not super impressed with their protein options, just okay.

I had the two taco combo with chipotle potato and tofu chorizo and my partner had the vegan tofu burrito. Both meals are delicious and we are so glad we stopped here! The burrito is enormous and the margs are tasty! Great service. 10/10.

We’re on a road trip from WA and had to stop here during our stay in Eureka. Friendly staff, great starter chips & salsa, and we loved vegan options! We had three different plates: 1 tofu taco & 1 spinach enchilada with rice and refried beans (no lard); 2 seasoned potato tacos with rice & black beans (vegetable oil, not chicken broth); and veggie fajitas seasoned tofu with corn tortillas. Will stop again!

Every time I’m in Eureka I have to visit Rita’s. Service is excellent. I get the same thing each time. A chipotle potato enchilada, and a crispy taco with tofu.

Taco Tuesday Rules - Edit
As a vegan I was really impressed with their chipotle potato tacos, and on Tuesday they're only a dollar each (which is good because you'll probably want between 3 and 5). I wasn't a fan of the tofu tacos, but my friend who is also vegan says that's what she usually has. I was honestly surprised they had so many vegan options, and that they have their own little vegetarian section on the menu. It's a great find in an authentic Mexican restaurant to have so many vegan options.
