Sono stata in questo ristorante a fine giugno. Ottime possibilità di scelte per antipasti, primi e secondi. Tanti piatti possono essere veganizzati. Ottimo il tiramisù. Bravo il proprietario che sembra abbia intrapreso un percorso verso il veganesimo.

Lovely people. Very cute place and pretty surroundings. The food was very nice! I had vegan 'clam' (marinated pistachos) pasta. It was delicious and they recommended a good vegan wine with it.

Sono stata a cena ierisera, eravamo in 6 persone di cui 4 vegane… che dire, incredibile! Un antipasto vegan ricco e colorato, ingredienti eccellenti, e poi la pizza incredibile. Alta, ben cotta e con ingredienti vegetali ricercati e buonissimi. Consiglio di provare “la dantesca” versione vegan, incredibile! We were really excited to see somewhere recommended on here that was about 20 steps from our Airbnb, and with so many vegan options. And it didn't disappoint.
Read moreThe menu very clearly had input from a vegan. Not your usual give them something choices. Really well thought out and tasty combinations. I had the spaghetti non vongole which had pistacchios still in their shells instead of the usual seafood and it was delicious. Polished off with a tiramisu.
We are definitely coming back. Too many things we didn't try yet!

We stumbled upon this place actually on our way to another restaurant, and our eye caught the menu with a lot of “V’s” on there! So many vegan options, and the once we tried—vegan sausage pizza, tofu lasagne and vegan caprese—were really good!

The pizzas are super flavourful, every dish I tried was delicious and nicely elaborated. Friendly staff, great service and a special mention to the vegan cantuccini!

Disappointing dinner - Edit
We had dinner at Dantesca, and we were excited to try this restaurant after seeing how many vegan options they had on the menu! We were a group of 4 where 2 ate vegan dishes and 2 with fish, and we were all pretty disappointed in the food. The dishes were small and pricey, and nothing we couldn’t have made at home. The coperto was €2.5, and for that we got cutlery in paper bags placed in the middle of the table and 4 very small and dry pieces of bread.

When we asked about it, our waiter told us it’s on its way. 5 minutes later, she comes back and tells us that they had forgotten the dish and would make it immediately. None of the dishes were anything special at all, and lacking in flavor. We left hungry even though we all had ordered a secondi and a side dish, and some ate desert.

Io ed un mio amico siamo venuti a mangiare alla Dantesca per pranzo e abbiamo deciso di provare il tagliere vegano grande, seguito da una pasta al salmone vegano con crema di anacardi e una pizza al gorgonzola vegano con pomodori a fette e cipolla, tutto accompagnato da due calici di Vermentino vegano.

I camerieri che ci hanno servito sono stati super cordiali, disponibili e soprattutto attenti.
Il locale ha solo posto all’esterno con però dei condizionatori molto gradevoli che rendono la pedana fresca e accogliente.
Consiglio di provare il loro tiramisù vegano che, a detta nostra, è anche meglio di quello classico.

I was in Pisa over lunch and came here because they have a lot of vegan options on their menu. The staff was very kind and helpful, they had just opened and weren’t busy. I ordered the ‘vegan boat’ which is eggplant with veggies. The food was okay, nothing special or overly delicious. It lacked flavour.
Read moreI ordered water and an iced tea, but only received the iced tea. The water was in the bill so I had to ask to have it removed, which they did. I didn’t take the bread but was still charged for the cover charge.
If you need a place with vegan options in Pisa, this can work. But the food wasn’t amazing, especially for the price.

Amazing vegan choices, great drinks and even greater service! - Edit
There are so many options to choose from that I wish I were staying in Pisa longer to come and try more of the menu! I had the vegan spaghetti with seitan ragu and shared the baked potatoes and the pistachio stuffed tomatoes with a friend. The food felt authentic and homemade and tasted incredible. We were even given vegan hard cheese to sprinkle on our dishes!

Drinks were also lovely and great value for money, and the wine menu specified which wines are vegan. The servers were very kind and able to communicate in English well, and understanding of veganism, and the outdoor seating was very well presented and comfortable to spend a hot day in.

Italian restaurant with a lot of vegan options. We had vegan cacio e pepe and a Pizza and both were really good. They also have a vegane Tiramisu, which I unfortunately couldn't try (too full). I would give it five stars if I could. Can definitely recommend going here!

Un angolo di paradiso a Pisa ! Loved this place! The vegan pizzas were delicious and so was the caprese salad. We finished with the tiramisu which was lovely. Staff were very friendly. One of our favourite places we ate at in Pisa & Florence. Highly recommend!

Wir sind ausversehen ins Ristoro Dantesco gestolpert, d wie beim Vorbeigehen ein Hinweisschild auf vegane Tiramisu sahen. Leider hatten wir kurz vorher woanders zu Mittag gegessen und somit hier nur die Tiramisu bestellt,welche köstlich war. Es gibt soooo viele tolle vegane Gerichte, welche wir auf jeden Fall noch testen werden.
